Our Story

Reentry Survivors is a collective initiative led by committed individuals including Barry Diamond and Martin "King" Sparkman. At Reentry Survivors LLC, the home of the P.R.I.D.E. (Entrepreneurship) and F.L.O.W. (Financial Literacy) Programs, each brings unique insights, experiences, and dedication to assist those transitioning back into society after a period of incarceration.
Martin “King” Sparkman, as Founder and CEO, brings decades of experience in education, leadership, and community development. He combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to empower individuals, fostering resilience, confidence, and opportunity. Together with Barry Diamond, Martin ensures that every program inspires growth, uplifts communities, and creates lasting impact for those returning to society and anyone seeking a transformative path.
Barry Diamond, with a background in Accounting and Business Psychology from Queens College, utilizes an innovative philosophy to guide his work. He constantly challenges the status quo by questioning existing paradigms and seeking alternative solutions to problems, transforming lives by incorporating principles of Physics and natural laws to improve outcomes, while leveraging faith to propel success.

Our Mission

At Reentry Survivors, our mission is to harness the power of success stories from former inmates to inspire those on the same path, reshape societal attitudes, and amplify employment opportunities. We celebrate those who have secured pardons, reinforcing our belief in everyone's right to a fresh start. We are committed to fostering resilience, hope, and inclusivity in society.

Here are 3 Keys to Living an Extraordinary Life:

You must define it for yourself. What does an extraordinary life mean to you? It mustn't be influenced by other's opinions or expectations or what you believe you "should" be doing.
You must create your own personal operating system. This is your values, principles, and mantra (one short sentence) of your life. Again, they mustn't be influenced by "shoulds," opinions, and expectations.
You must be open to understanding that what most repels you isn't repulsion at all but instead attraction. Your fears, your self-doubt, and your limiting beliefs hold the keys to the life you desire.
